- SupaCrawlX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if SupaCrawlX has been advised of the possibility of such damages
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

- Emailing registered users at the address on file at least 14 days before changes take effect
- Displaying a prominent banner on the website or in the dashboard

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and cancel your account.
18. Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you have entered into with SupaCrawlX, constitute the entire agreement between you and SupaCrawlX with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Failure by SupaCrawlX to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
